The arrhythmological check-up is dedicated to patients who suffer from palpitations, fainting, syncope, tachycardia and arrhythmias in general; as well as to patients who, due to other cardiac pathologies, are exposed to an increased risk of arrhythmias, sudden death, heart failure. The examination allows the evaluation of the possible presence of arrhythmias, the evaluation of the arrhythmic risk, the indication of medical therapy or transcatheter ablation or the implantation of a pacemaker, defibrillator or myocardial resynchronization systems (biventricular defibrillators).
